ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 17, 2011

7:15P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W.

                        Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board signed a Schedule of Uncollectible Excises for one 2011

      excise .

2.   The Board reviewed the final 2010 Equalization Study for 2010 for the

      Town of Sharon. It is calculated every other year by The Bureau of

      Local Assessment.

3.   The Board reviewed three bids for commercial appraisal work related

      to Appellate Tax Board cases. The Board voted to choose the low bidder,

      C. Haven of Patriot Properties, to do a restricted report and possibly a full

      appraisal later for Parcel 76-13. The Board will consider bids for similar

      reports on Parcel 76-11 if and when a withdrawal of their appeal is

      expunged.

4.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2011 Abatement

      applications for the owners of the following parcels:
